The Exact Difference Between Chicken Tenders And Strips - Tasting Table
Briefly

Chicken tenders, short for chicken tenderloins, are thin strips of white meat from the underside of the breast. They come from pectoralis minor muscles, with two tenders possible per chicken.
Chefs may differentiate tenderloins from tenders based on size, but both originate from the same area. The terms chicken tenders and chicken fingers are often confused, despite not all chicken fingers being tenders.
