The play looks at sexuality and different approaches to it. Over the course of one hot, loaded night, Jenny and David ask and answer the questions from the famous New York Times article The 36 Questions That Lead to Love.
The sexuality in this play is not represented in a visual way, but with sound. It’s something we want audiences to feel when they see this show.
We hope hearing these questions will inspire everyone to ask the questions themselves to strangers, between new lovers, long-married couples, platonic friendships and any other curious souls.
The streamlined, modern set focuses the audience's attention on the characters' journey, resembling the phone screen where the two main characters first matched.
