To celebrate Lunar New Year 2025 and the NBA All-Star Weekend, Muni is providing free rides throughout the weekend of February 15-16. The festivities feature the renowned Chinese New Year Parade, a community street fair, and the Flower Fair, allowing visitors to easily engage in cultural experiences. In addition to free Muni rides (excluding Cable Cars), parking at the Portsmouth Square Garage offers the first two hours free, encouraging participation in events while planning ahead for potential service changes during this vibrant celebration weekend.
