Two lorries collided on the M25 near the Dartford Crossing, leading to severe delays for motorists, with recovery efforts closing two lanes until 8:45 am.
The crash occurred just before 7 am and caused significant congestion, with delays reaching up to 70 minutes and more than four miles of tailback reported.
National Highways confirmed that two lanes were closed for the recovery of the vehicles involved in the collision on the A282 southbound.
While there were no immediate reports of injuries, authorities contacted Kent Police and South East Coast Ambulance Service for further updates on the incident.
