See No Evil owner and co-founder Adrien Gallo saw the potential of the derelict subway station and wanted to create a unique food and beverage destination for New York City. He was inspired by the area's lack of services and aimed to revitalize the space after many businesses closed during COVID, focusing on both community needs and his passion for pizza.
The restaurant prides itself on its mostly gluten-free menu. Both Gallo and Executive Chef Ed Carew designed the pizza offerings to cater to gluten sensitivities, ensuring that even pizza lovers with dietary restrictions could enjoy a classic New York-style pizza without compromising taste.
