I stand before my wardrobe today utterly ashamed at the amount of clothes that I have never worn. 13 years after A-Wear closed, I still hold onto unworn items.
From Instagram ads to discount codes to online influencers, there are too many temptations to succumb to the dopamine hit of yet another purchase - but I can't ignore the harm it's doing.
