Mark Woodhall, 44, admitted to five thefts from Co-op shops in Romford during November. He received a 16-week prison sentence and a criminal behaviour order.
Sophie Tetteh, found guilty in her absence of multiple assaults, was given a one-year community order with compensation and a fine as a consequence of her actions.
