Populo Living has applied to redevelop a restaurant into three new flats within the Town Hall Annexe due to evolving housing demands in East Ham.
The proposal includes transforming an existing restaurant into three-bed apartments, aiming to address the housing shortage in the area.
Should the Newham Council approve the plans, construction could start as early as January 2025, completing by the end of April 2025.
The development follows a previous successful project by Populo Living, which converted the historic Town Hall Annexe into 37 modern apartments.
