Aspect Living Ltd has proposed to replace two bungalows on The Glade with four four-bedroom homes. The Croydon Council Planning Sub-Committee will decide on the application.

The Glade, rated with a PTAL of 1b, suffers from extremely poor public transport access, and this, combined with other concerns regarding density, has raised significant objections.
Local residents and officials have expressed that the current proposal does not fit the character of the locality and is incompatible with existing infrastructure.
