Pedestrian dies after being struck by car in Co Cork

A woman in her 70s was sadly pronounced dead after a serious incident involving two pedestrians on Main Street in Charleville on Saturday.

A man in his 60s, who was injured in the same incident, is reported to be in stable condition in Cork University Hospital.
