Palmeras Houses / PRODUCTORA
Briefly

The Palmeras project includes five small houses of 100 m2, designed to optimize space and enhance natural light and ventilation through their innovative layout.
Inspired by Le Corbusier's Curutchet House, the Palmeras houses utilize a two-volume system that promotes cross ventilation and natural lighting through strategic design.
With a zigzag staircase connecting the two volumes, residents experience a dynamic flow through the house while enjoying panoramic views from the rooftop.
The project aligns its architectural strategy with the coastal climate of Oaxaca, ensuring that each space is both functional and environmentally attuned.
