Owner of Tusla service provider paid liquidator 223,000 to settle cash misappropriation lawsuit

James Webb, managing director of Barróg Healthcare, settled misappropriation claims by paying €223,000 to a liquidator, although he did not admit any wrongdoing.

Between 2019 and 2022, Barróg Healthcare received €21 million from Tusla and the HSE, highlighting the scale of its operations in the child and family sector.
