The administrative whirlwind at the Philadelphia Art Museum (PhAM) continues. After former Director and CEO Alexandra "Sasha" Suda filed a complaint accusing the museum of unlawful termination, PhAM is countering with its own legal filing, alleging that Suda misappropriated thousands of dollars in museum funds. On November 20, the museum filed a petition with the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas to shift the conflict out of the courts and into the hands of a confidential arbitrator.

But state bar officials linked White to 40 counts of misconduct, involving 10 clients, over a six-year period, including acts of moral turpitude (misappropriation and conversion), misrepresentations to clients and the court, unauthorized practice of law, co-mingling client and personal funds, failing to perform diligently, failing to deposit advanced fees into a client trust account, failing to return client files, failing to respond to client inquiries, and failing to provide an accounting to her clients upon reasonable request.

By openly sharing the Guardian Broker List with multiple Beam employees without any restrictions or notice that the information was a trade secret, Snyder failed to take reasonable measures or efforts of secrecy under federal or Colorado law.
