One arrested after authorities raid drug house with 12 kilos of fentanyl in Bronx
Briefly

At around 3 p.m. on Tuesday, law enforcement executed a raid at an apartment building in the Belmont area of the Bronx, uncovering a secret drug lab.
Authorities discovered 12 kilograms of fentanyl within the residence, which led to the immediate arrest of a 66-year-old male suspect linked to the facility.
The severe risk posed by fentanyl was underscored when eight police officers required medical attention for minor injuries during the operation.
Importantly, the raid took place in a building that also accommodates two daycares, though no children were reported harmed following the incident.
