Alex Neil stated, "It's going to be a gradual process - there won't be wholesale changes overnight - there's a lot of good players here and a good group of younger players emerging so it's getting the balance right."
When discussing Millwall's position, Neil emphasized, "You want to always set your bar as high as possible - I'm not saying our aim right now is to get promoted this season but if we can hit a good run then there's no reason why we can't be competing for the play-offs."
