New Framework Simplifies Comparison of Language Processing Tools Across Multiple Languages | HackerNoon
Briefly

The study proposes a novel language-centric benchmarking system for natural language preprocessing tools that enables comprehensive performance tracking, inspired by the GLUE benchmark.
Traditional comparisons between NLP tools are hindered by reliance on well-established rule-based systems, making the evaluation of new models challenging and often subjective.
Our innovative benchmarking system has been specifically configured for the Polish language while also allowing for easy adaptation for other languages, enhancing international NLP research.
The aim is to establish a reliable and fair evaluation methodology for various NLPre tools, facilitating better understanding and selection of tools for natural language processing tasks.
