A 53-year-old MTA bus driver operating a B42 bus was punched in the face by a passenger following an argument near Rockaway Parkway and Flatlands Avenue in Canarsie around 5:50 p.m. on February 14. The victim was transported to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center for treatment. The suspect fled northbound on Rockaway Parkway after the assault. The NYPD released surveillance images showing the suspect wearing a green jacket, black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and black sneakers. Police are requesting public information to locate the suspect, with Crime Stoppers accepting confidential tips.
