The Morrisons in Sutton closed for maintenance work in July. Since then, detailed surveys have uncovered some underlying issues which we've been investigating further.
Unfortunately, it has become apparent that these issues are significant and as such the store will remain closed for an extended period whilst we look in detail at the options for the store.
Morrisons has now confirmed that the store will not reopen in time for Christmas or before the year is over.
