MoAD, a contemporary art museum, celebrates Black cultures and ignites challenging conversations through exhibitions and programs focused on the global impact of the African Diaspora.
Beginning in March 2025, MoAD will temporarily close for extensive building upgrades, yet it will continue offering off-site programs until reopening in October 2025.
Every second Saturday, MoAD hosts THRIVE @ MoAD Community Day, offering free admission and guided tours to engage with all our exhibitions.
The museum encourages family visits with free admission for youths under 12, and facilities are available to assist families navigating the museum.
