An administrative law judge found that Trader Joe's in Hadley violated labor laws by telling workers to remove union pins and denied benefits.
Goldstein stated, "The problem is the so-called progressive company pretends that it is union-friendly... They just want to bust the union."
Trader Joe's commented, "We are pleased with the NLRB Administrative Law Judge's determinations in favor of Trader Joe's..."
Despite some findings favorable to Trader Joe's, Seth Goldstein noted there are 22 pending cases against the company concerning alleged violations.
