Marathon bid by Colin Farrell and close friend with skin disorder raises over 500,000

Emma Fogarty, who has the severest form of epidermolysis bullosa (EB), demonstrates immense resilience as she participates in 'Run to 40', raising over €500,000 for charity.

Dubliner Farrell praised Emma Fogarty as a 'legend', noting she is the third person in Ireland with her type of EB to reach the age of 40, calling her a miracle.

Emma spoke about the enormity of the 4km challenge, stating, 'For me, that's going to be a very long journey because potholes, ramps, even a pebble on the road - I will feel every one.'

Debra's CEO expressed his amazement at the public's response, saying he is in a 'state of shock and absolute excitement' following the fundraising success from the Late, Late Show.
