Christopher Judge, 41, and his associate Jane Corcoran, 34, face serious charges connected to the murder of Mr. Ring, whose body was found at Carrigfoyle Quarry.
Following the discovery of Mr. Ring's remains, an extensive investigation led to the swift arrest of Judge and Corcoran, who are now in custody awaiting their court appearances.
The incident unfolded after Mr. Ring went missing on October 15, shortly after being dropped off near a Clonard housing estate, prompting worries from family and authorities.
In court, both defendants were remanded in custody with plans for videolink appearances on November 4, while legal aid was granted for both cases.
