Upon reaching the scene, volunteer crew member Mel and a colleague conducted an assessment of the worker, confirming he exhibited symptoms consistent with a stroke.
This incident marked the 125th launch for the Gravesend RNLI this year, tying their record for the most annual callouts previously set in 2009.
The lifeboat crew demonstrated their dedication, providing immediate care to the casualty before transferring him to the Ambulance Service for further medical attention.
