The Laurel District Association is hosting a family-friendly celebration for the Lunar New Year featuring the Lion Dance Blessing of the Business Procession. The event will be from 2:30-5:30 pm, with a procession led by Master Lacey from Buk Sing Kung Fu Academy, blessing local businesses. Participants can enjoy shopping and dining from local favorites alongside the performance. In the evening, festivities continue with a traditional Lion Dance, a talent show, and a potluck dinner at Zhi Dao Guan. Attendees are encouraged to support local businesses and participate in the celebrations.
All are welcome to continue the celebration of the Year of the Wood Snake with a Traditional Lion Dance Performance, Dr. Feng's Home Grown Talent Show, and Optional Potluck Dinner.
The annual Lunar New Year Lion Dance Blessing of the Businesses Procession will take place in the Laurel Business District from 2:30-5:30 pm.
