"Nordic Waterproofing is a leading provider of waterproofing solutions in Northern Europe with a presence in 10 countries," Kingspan highlighted. This acquisition emphasizes their commitment to expand their global reach and enhance product offerings over the long term.
Despite challenges, such as valuation disagreements last February, Kingspan has increased its stake strategically without triggering mandatory public offer obligations, showcasing careful navigation of regulatory landscapes while advancing its objectives.
