Kin Restaurant, next to Kin Café, embraces a philosophy of showcasing plant-based dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. Opened by the same team as Kin Café, the restaurant is known for its warm atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. The menu features a variety of appetizers and small plates, such as sautéed mushrooms on sourdough and crispy broad bean croquettes. Diners enjoyed their evening sampling several white wines, with dishes that emphasize fresh flavors, culminating in rich, satisfying plant-based dining experiences.
The ethos at both Kin Café and Kin Restaurant is to let the plants speak for themselves, so you won't find any faux meat on the menu here.
The more we ate, the more we both liked this dish as it revealed its subtle but deepening flavours.
We received a warm welcome and lots of helpful guidance from the staff here, making the dining experience incredibly enjoyable.
Kin Restaurant is small and very cosy and quickly filled up with a youngish crowd of diners, creating a vibrant atmosphere.
