UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones has agreed to attend four hours of anger management classes to resolve a pair of misdemeanor charges stemming from an incident in his New Mexico home.
Jones had pleaded not guilty and described the allegations as baseless, claiming he was provoked by what he perceived as unprofessionalism from a drug tester.
Jones will have his charges dismissed if he completes the anger management classes and complies with the law for the next 90 days.
Despite past controversies, including a suspension for a failed drug test, Jones remains a dominant figure in MMA and is set to fight Stipe Miocic in November.
