Once again, we have all been Jaxed. In new court documents, Vanderpump Rules star Jax Taylor claims he and Brittany Cartwright were never legally married, causing fans to question the authenticity of reality TV marriages.
Jax Taylor, in court filings, stated that the couple's only shared asset is their home in Valley Village, alongside giving full physical custody of their son to Brittany.
In February, Brittany announced their separation while Jax insisted they weren't divorcing, leading to the ironic question: how can there be a divorce if they were never married?
This marks the second instance within Vanderpump Rules where a marriage ironically turned out to not be legal, following Tom Schwartz's oversight with Katie Maloney in 2016.
