Starbucks has returned the Pumpkin Spice Latte to U.S. and Canada menus. The Pumpkin Spice Latte is the company's most popular seasonal beverage, with hundreds of millions sold since its 2003 launch. Multiple competitors introduced pumpkin-flavored drinks, including Dunkin' in 2007 and McDonald's in 2013. Early tests sold the drink in 100 stores in 2003 before national rollout. Starbucks sold the drink in 79 markets in 2024 and reported $36.2 billion net revenue in its 2024 fiscal year compared with $4.1 billion in 2003. Mentions of pumpkin spice on U.S. menus rose 33.8% from 2014 to 2024.
