'Ireland's Fittest Family' obstacle course was more playground than Hell Week - but then again, I didn't have to face a family of fitness fanatics from Offaly

Participating in the obstacle course from RTÉ show Ireland's Fittest Family turned out to be a fun and exhilarating experience, despite initial nerves about its difficulty.

As I arrived at Killruddery House, I was filled with apprehension but also excitement, knowing the course was meant to push participants to their limits.
