Visma's potential IPO in 2026, backed by investor Hg, could raise a staggering 19 billion euros, marking it as one of the largest public offerings in Europe recently.
Since being acquired by Hg in 2006 for around $500 million, Visma has transformed into a major player in the software market, achieving annual revenues of 2.54 billion euros.
By strategically acquiring companies across Europe, Visma has significantly expanded its customer base, exemplified by the recent addition of Mobilexpense which brought in 2,000 new clients.
With Hg's 20-year investment in Visma, the planned IPO reflects both the growth of the company and the confidence in its future success on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange.
