In one brazen East Bay heist, she broke through ceiling and rappelled down. In another she torched a Target to escape, police say
Briefly

Brezjana Wilson, a 29-year-old from Sacramento, has been linked to two theft incidents: a burglary at the Northface Outlet in Berkeley and an arson at Target in Emeryville. Police identified her through DNA found on a screwdriver left at the Berkeley site. Despite claiming she was merely a lookout, prosecutors assert she actively participated in both crimes. After being arrested, she confessed to the Target fire and the Berkeley heist. Wilson has prior convictions and is currently out on recognizance, pending further court appearances.
According to police, Wilson made one mistake at the Berkeley burglary: she left a screwdriver behind, and investigators were able to match DNA found on the tool to her.
Last month, prosecutors filed arson charges against 29-year-old Brezjana Wilson, a Sacramento resident with a prior conviction for grand theft.
Wilson was arrested last week, and admitted to starting the fire in Target, as well as to participating in the Berkeley burglary.
Brezjana Wilson claimed she was a lookout in the Berkeley burglary, but prosecutors argue she was heavily involved in the crime.
