Kent Police are currently investigating a series of incidents of indecent behaviour reported in Dartford and Swanley, focused on inappropriate sexual suggestions made by a man believed to have an Eastern European accent.
The reported incidents occurred over a ten-day period between November 4 and November 14, with specific locations cited including Hawley Road and High Street in Dartford, as well as Holmesdale Road and South Darenth in Swanley.
Authorities have released CCTV images of a man they believe may have information pertinent to the investigation, urging the public to come forward with any relevant details.
