Iceland has confirmed that it is closing its Welling store on 53 Bellegrove Road on February 1, with the reason for the closure not disclosed.
An Iceland spokesperson stated, 'Our store colleagues have entered into a consultation process and have been offered opportunities at surrounding stores where possible.'
Before the closure, the store had handed out 5 vouchers to customers, indicating a possible attempt to retain customer loyalty during this transition.
