I visited Rome and other tourist spots in Italy, but a highlight was exploring the village restored by a billionaire fashion designer
Briefly

Cucinelli has invested significantly in restoring and conserving the village over the past 35 years, beginning in 1982 when he bought the castle that now houses his company's headquarters. His efforts have transformed Solomeo into a picturesque hamlet, preserving the historical essence while maintaining a pristine appearance.
As I explored, the town felt overwhelmingly peaceful and I was transported back in time. The stunning setting, with cobblestone streets and rolling hills, looks like a scene from a fairytale.
Today, Solomeo is mostly home to businesses and a few private residences, with only several hundred residents. During my visit, the peaceful atmosphere allowed me to appreciate the architectural beauty and the calming environment.
