The project emphasized minimal land occupation, influenced by two large existing trees and the need for mandatory setbacks which dictated the final layout.
One notable feature is a large sun umbrella tree, which not only stands centrally on the lot but also integrates seamlessly with the construction, enhancing the overall aesthetic.
The design allows the house to open directly to a generous garden space, creating a harmonious flow between indoor living areas and outdoor enjoyment.
The functional layout remains traditional, with living spaces strategically located on the ground floor for easy access to the garden and bedrooms above.
