The structure includes two distinct strips—one for shared living space on the ground floor and another for private areas on the upper floor. The house features functional elements like a garage, storage, and living areas below, while sleeping quarters and private amenities are above. Thermal insulation and white paint finish combine aesthetics with energy efficiency, while thoughtful landscaping integrates with the environment.
This design strategically utilizes the land's trapezoidal shape, creating an elongated structure that respects the site's topography and enhances the views from the living spaces.
