Hooded thug threatened man with huge knife whilst he was sat on bench in Harold Hill

The incident took place on Saturday, June 22, when Morfett, wearing a balaclava, lunged a large knife towards the victim's throat on Farnham Road.
Morfett, of Darlington Gardens, pleaded guilty to threatening a person with a blade in a public place and received a ten-month sentence suspended for two years.
Acting Ch Insp Charlie Routley praised officers' quick action in identifying Morfett, stating it epitomizes the community crime fighting spirit of Havering Safer Neighbourhoods.
Routley emphasized the commitment to making neighborhoods like Harold Hill safe, stating that crimes like these will not be tolerated and offenders will be targeted.
