Heroes Residence Island / Arons & Gelauff architecten
Briefly

The trio of towers on Amsterdam's Zeeburgereiland integrates vibrant design with expansive terraces, optimizing views of both the Urban Sports Zone and tranquil water landscapes.
Each tower's stepped terraces provide panoramas over IJ Lake, while the angled west facades enhance sunlight, merging architecture with the island's sporting and serene environments.
Incorporating BIM technology played a vital role, ensuring efficient collaboration between architects, developers, and contractors and allowing seamless execution of the design vision.
The light-coloured brick facades, complemented by copper and zinc accents, not only define the towers' aesthetics but also contribute uniquely to each building's character.
