Heineken confirms price of pints will rise again later this month
Briefly

Heineken announced a 2.8% price increase for its draught products in Ireland, including famous brands like Heineken and Coors, starting February 24, 2025. This will translate to an average increase of 6 cents per pint. A spokesperson from Heineken indicated that despite ongoing efforts to reduce operational costs, rising expenses necessitated this hike to sustain investments in the market. This move parallels Diageo's recent price increase on its draught offerings, including Guinness, which faced similar cost pressures.
As a business we continue to focus on opportunities to reduce costs. However, even with these efforts, our business continues to experience cost price increases that are required to sustain our support and investment in the on-trade market.
In an effort to offset these costs and to maintain a sustainable business in Ireland, we have advised our on-trade customers that there will be an increase to the list prices on our full draught product range.
