Grade II listed Woolwich buildings will be converted into over 500 new homes

This scheme will see the conversion of Grade II listed buildings into over 500 homes in Woolwich, featuring 20 flats and 485 co-living rooms.

The former Woolwich Polytechnic Building, which has been empty for 20 years, will be part of the new development, along with its two Grade II listed extensions.
