Coco Gauff secured her second title of the season by defeating Karolina Muchova 6-1, 6-3 at the China Open, making her the youngest champion in 14 years.
At 20 years old, Gauff becomes the second American woman to win the China Open, following in the footsteps of Serena Williams, who won in 2004 and 2013.
With this victory, Gauff has now won eight career titles and boasts an impressive 8-1 record in tour finals, including a perfect 7-0 in hard-court finals.
The match showcased Gauff's dominance, as she took the first set in just 31 minutes, dropped only five points on her first serve, and broke Muchova five times.
