A University of Florida athletics department employee filed a sexual assault complaint against assistant men's basketball coach Taurean Green, who allegedly attempted unwanted advances in March 2024.
The woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, reported that Green kissed her and attempted to put his hand down her pants during a meeting he arranged.
Florida spokesperson emphasized that the university takes these complaints seriously, stating the law prohibits them from commenting on ongoing investigations, highlighting their commitment to due process.
The anonymous complainant chose not to report the alleged incident initially due to fear stemming from Green's status as a former NCAA champion and NBA player.
