Hugh Wallace died suddenly on Monday at the age of 68. A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 5 at 11am in St Patrick's Cathedral, Dublin. He was predeceased by his parents Susan and Ken and is remembered as a beloved husband to Martin Corbett. Wallace co-founded Douglas Wallace Consultants and presented RTÉ's The Great House Revival, serving as the only judge to appear on every series of Home of the Year since 2015. Tributes praised his advocacy for good architecture, communication skills, and his contribution to restoration and public understanding of architecture. Martin Corbett has requested privacy.
