Former Mass. postal worker pleads guilty to stealing 'hundreds' of pieces of mail, thousands in money orders

Michael Murray, 37, of Lynn pleaded guilty to one count of theft of mail matter by an employee and one count of theft of government money.
Authorities said that between April 2023 and July 2023, Murray used his position as a postal clerk at the Beach Street Post Office in Revere and the Melrose Post Office to steal the contents of hundreds of pieces of mail.
