A recent online focus group revealed mixed opinions among voters who previously supported Trump. There’s a desire for greater focus on domestic issues, with many voters viewing Trump's unconventional tactics as necessary for making significant changes. Some voters do not mind the slow pace of addressing inflation and believe tackling government waste could alleviate spending concerns. Additionally, despite historical opposition, there’s a call for continued transparency and decisiveness from Trump, especially regarding immigration policies and governmental reforms.
I agree we need the Constitution and we need rules and procedures... But at the same time, how are we going to make big changes? If someone like Trump [is] being unconventional, we need him to be doing these things, to be making these executive orders and making these big changes for big changes to happen.
I like how he's cleaning house in the government.
I approve because I believe he's transparent, and we haven't had that for the last four years.
Waste, fraud and abuse are so prevalent that government agencies can be slashed or eliminated without hurting services on which they depend.
