We are the invisible glue that keeps society running. We do all the organizing, we do all the background research and planning, and we are the caregivers... We keep society running," states Julia.
Basically, if you're a woman at midlife, odds are you're responsible for coordinating everyone else's life... Everything that happens behind the scenes-the scaffolding that makes my kids' lives work-is up to me. And all that work is invisible," explains Jodi.
