Nearly two months have passed, and a family is still searching for answers about why Kenneth Burch was found dead on Coney Island Beach.
Kelly said police told her Burch's death was not suspicious, but the medical examiner has yet to determine the cause of death, leaving the family frustrated and searching for closure.
"I just don't want his name to die with no answers. He washed up out of the water. He was a person. He deserves answers."
