Devin Wolfgang Vanderhoef flew from Canada to California, where he allegedly stabbed a woman and her boyfriend, driven by a dangerous obsession with the woman.
The attack started when Vanderhoef posed as a delivery driver, bringing a package filled with handcuffs, duct tape, and knives, leading to violent conflict.
After stabbing the victims, Vanderhoef was also injured; both victims, although seriously hurt, were expected to survive their injuries.
Darius Avery Whyte, Vanderhoef's accomplice, attempted to escape back to Canada but was arrested at the airport after authorities identified him as a conspirator.
