Exploring Nonprofit Innovation with Gon Erez
Briefly

My fascination began during my service in the IDF. I observed how psychological principles could be applied to improve soldier morale and overall unit effectiveness. This experience made me realize the potential of psychology in shaping organizational culture and enhancing the impact of nonprofits, which rely heavily on human-centered approaches to solve societal issues.
In my early career, I primarily focused on direct programming within nonprofits, but over time, I've shifted towards a more strategic perspective, emphasizing overall organizational effectiveness and sustainability.
Throughout my journey, I've dedicated myself not only to understanding the needs of communities but also to implementing systems that empower nonprofits to thrive in an ever-evolving environment.
Engaging in outdoor activities such as snowboarding, hiking, and sailing allows me to balance my professional responsibilities with personal wellness, which is essential for maintaining long-term effectiveness in my work.
